Getting KO'd by Jordan Leavitt is understandable. He is basically a lightweight Alex Pereira. If you are not picking up on sarcasm there, then I cannot help you and you should not be betting on fights. Victor is a striker and is a gritty guy, but Tom Nolan should be much better here. The length will be an issue and the technical skills likely having him stepping off and avoiding pressure. Tom is going to be the pick here, but be careful with your parlays, he is still winless and unproven in the UFC.
TOM NOLAN
Tom Nolan is a long and lean striker. His frame is almost identical to Corey Sandhaggens but his striking is more traditional. He is accurate and technical, but has no problem getting into a brawl. Outside of his last fight, he has a solid chin as well. While breakdown down tape I watched him eat more than one overhand right just to keep coming forward. He has lots of pressure, lots of volume, tons of power, but not much takedown defense. He is coming off the quick loss to Nikolas Motta.
VICTOR MARTINEZ
Victor Martinez is a fast powerful striker who brings that mexican fighting spirit. His kicks aren't great but his boxing is sharp. The issue is that because his kicks are loose and not hidden behind any punches, they do get caught and he gets taken down. His BJJ defense is solid and his scramble up skills are decent as well. He is absolutely a striker but will work in the occasional takedown like he dd on the Contender Series. He is coming off the KO loss to world renowned striker Jordan Leavitt.
