This fight will come down entirely to Quillan's takedown defense. i think on the feet Quillan will have a clear striking advantage which will force Yanal to start shooting early. He's a short guy and I think he can get to the legs but as long as Quillan doesn't do some jiu jitsu nerd bullshit and actually defends the takedown attempts, he should roll here. Quillan is the pick, but i do have reservations at these price points.
Quillan Salkilld
Quillan Salkilld is a good striker who uses kicks really well to manage range and work the body. As soon as you are comfortable striking with him, he will lower his level and shoot. He's overall very well rounded who can fight at distance or in the pocket. He is perfectly fine with an ugly fight but at times can chase a finish instead of settling in. He is coming off the KO win over Anshul Jibli in his UFC debut
Yanal Ashmouz
Yanal Ashmoz is a well rounded guy who does a great job adjusting in fights. He will come out striker first, throw heavy, work in spinning attacked and then adjust to wrestling if he isn't' have the success that he expected to. He has a solid chin, a very solid base and can be heavy on top. There is nothing explicitly amazing about Yanal, but he is strong, powerful and can grind wins out. He is coming off the grapple heavy win over a terrible Trevor Peek where just a little bit of technique went a long way.
