PFL Europe 3 takes place this Saturday in Glasgow, Scotland at 12:00 PM ET.

STEVIE RAY (25-13) vs. LEWIS LONG (19-7) – Welterweight

This main event is between two grapplers. If I am not mistaken I believe that this is Stevie Ray's final retirement fight. He did retire last year but has now come back for this fight in Glasgow. He has been competing in grappling tournaments since then so it would be fair to assume that he is going to be prepared. His opponent Lewis Long is also a grappler who hasn't competed in MMA since 2022. He has fought at Welterweight for his career whereas Ray is moving up to 170 lbs for this fight. Although Ray's return to MMA wasn't what he expected he was able to pick up two wins over Anthony Pettis in the PFL season in the U.S. Long is a very active grappler who's game plan is to lock up submissions as early as possible. Ray should be a good enough grappler to avoid the early submissions and control position on top. I am going with Ray to win a decision but keep in mind he has come out of retirement (again) and is fighting up a weight class.

IBRAHIMA MANE (14-4) vs. DANIELE MICELI (12-5) – Welterweight

You are paying a big tax on this one. Mane shouldn't be -1250. Miceli is an all or nothing grappler, looking for submissions early. If he doesn't get them he usually loses by KO as his striking and chin are a big concern. Mane does shoot for take downs regularly and that would be a mistake in this fight. Still picking Mane by KO/TKO as Miceli's striking and chin are definitely something.

JACK GRANT (20-8) vs. FLORIM ZENDELI (8-1-1) – Welterweight

Jack Grant really put himself out there when he gave Abdoul Abdouragimov one of the toughest fights of his career. He backed that up with a quick finish over Bellator vet Charlie Leary. He fights another explosive finisher this weekend but I think his grappling is too much. I am picking Grant to win the PFL Europe season overall.

Pick: Grant by submission. Medium-high confidence.

JULIEN PIERRE LOPEZ (7-3-1) vs. ALEXANDER LUSTER (8-1) – Lightweight

Alexander Luster is an explosive finisher but his cardio is still somewhat worrying against high level competition. I do think that he has the grappling edge in this match up though.

JAKUB KASZUBA (12-0) vs. DANIELE SCATIZZI (13-7) – Lightweight

I am picking Kaszuba to win the PFL Europe season back to back. Scatizzi is interesting to me as I have covered him for a long time now as he fought for Bellator, and still haven't figured him out. He seems to win fights he isn't supposed to, and then loses fights he is favored to win. Kaszuba has already proven himself to be able to wrestle better opponents and he should find himself another win here.
