Tuco is not great and has an inflated record with a bunch of regional wins over nobodies. But he does have takedowns and theres a ton of questions about Navajo's ability to keep the fight standing. I am going to pick Navajo here because there striking gap will be insanely wide, but no one should ever, never ever, ever, bet on a 5-1 favorite UFC debut. Let alone a guy we don't know if he can grapple or not.
Navajo Stirling
Navajo Stirling is a former kickboxer who is early in his MMA career. As a kickboxer he does a lot of things you would expect. He has nice combinations, works kicks in well and will invest in the body early. He is not a high volume guy but he does a great job making the strikes he does throw meaningful. If he is inside the pocked he will plum your head and throw up knees. The question about Navajo is what does his grappling look like and unfortunately I don't really have an answer for you, sure he defended a few takedowns in his last fight, but that was also against a kickboxer.
Tuco Tokkos
Tuco, who's real name is George, is a grappler at his core who has expanded his skills. While he is a grappler, instead of forcing fights to the ground, he likes to wait for you to commit and then lowers his level and charges forward. He's Belal Muhammad-esque on top where he has control but also lots of pressure. He has decent cardio, no power, but a straight forward gameplan that works for him on the regional scene. He is coming off a submission loss to an absolute beast in his short notice UFC debut.
