Did you people not learn your lesson with Navajo Stirling? Sure, he won his last fight, but dude was -1000 and worked a decision where he was taken down 3 times. He was supposed to be a killer. a nasty striker who was the future and then he goes to a decision with a guy who was 6-4 in his last 10. Navajo does not seem to be who Sam says he is. Thee is Kiwi bias going on here. Kid has some talent, but he cannot defend a takedown and may not have the death tough that people are advertising. Even after this railroading I am still going to pick him because he is likely the better striker in a mostly striking matchup, but i'd be careful until you see a trademark win from him.
Navajo Stirling
Navajo Stirling is a former kickboxer who is early in his MMA career. As a kickboxer he does a lot of things you would expect. He has nice combinations, works kicks in well and will invest in the body early. He is not a high volume guy but he does a great job making the strikes he does throw meaningful. If he is inside the pocked he will plum your head and throw up knees. The question about Navajo was what does his grappling look like and that did get answered in his last fight where he was taken down 3 times.
Ivan Erslan
Ivan Erslan is a powerful striker who can end your night with one punch. He can alternate between technical, low volume distance striker and high paced bully. He has decent movement and is relatively light on his feet. He likes to plot forward and then explode with counters. If he has you in trouble he is absolutely unrelenting. You won't see much in the way of offensive grappling but he did just lock in a round with a takedown in his loss against Cutelaba. Erslan
