Gabriel is a very dangerous guy and can absolutely play spoiler here. With that being said Morgan is the confident pick. Even though his official record says he lost to Chepe, what i saw was a guy with great striking, great wrestling defense, great cardio, great scrambles and a bunch of intangibles you love in a fighter. Morgan should dominate here, especially with his takedown defense being so good.

Morgan Charriere

Morgan Charriere is an explosive strker who is light on his feet and stalks his opponents before leaping into punches and working control. He does a very good job of being all the way in or all the way out of range. when he's in he likes to tie up so he can work knees and control, when he's out he will stalk you and then leap into his punches. He has solid takedown defense and a few takedowns of his own. He is very good everywhere with fantastic cardio. He is coming off the split decision loss to Chepe Mariscal where most feel he was robbed.

Gabriel Miranda

Gabriel Miranda is a slick grappler with nice takedowns. He is very much an old school BJJ guy so he will work from position to position and look for submissions instead of pounding away on top. The problem is that he can be submission or bust and he is so good and so comfortable at BJJ that he is totally fine getting the takedown, then getting reversed and fighting off his back. He is coming off the submission win over Shane Young where he needed less than a minute to get it done.
