This is a surprisingly tough fight to break down. Neither of these guys are reliable and both have had flashes of brilliance. We've seen the power from Kennedy but also his willingness to not engage. We've also seen the power from Martin and his willingness to not engage. This could be fireworks or a slug fight. I wanted to pick Martin but then I went back and rewatched the Arlovski fight. If you cant out work a 45 year man, I don't imagine you are going to out work the much taller and much more powerful Kennedy. Kennedy is the pick, but maybe WITD Dec no action.
Kennedy Nzechukwu
Kennedy Nzechukwu is a long, powerful guy with solid takedown defense. He is never out of a fight with mutliple come from behind wins. He can be gunshy which loses him the minutes, but when he does throw, he is very powerful. He was typically a pretty durable guy but somewhat unreliable. He is coming off the KO win over Lukasz Brezki
Martin Buday
Martin Buday is a powerful striker with heavy hands and 11 stoppage wins. He has solid footwork and throws everything with intent. He averages almost 5 significant strikes landed per minute but is a hittable himself and can be a slow starter. He is coming off the uneventful win over Andrei Arlovski where a lot of people think he lost.
