This should be Carlos. He should be lightyears faster and cleaner on feet. Li is getting a little older, a little slower and hasn't fought in almost 2 years. My one and only concern is that Li is very durable and its possible Carlos punches himself out. I don't think that is likely and Carlos is the pick here. No reason to over complicate this.
Jingling Li
Jingliang Li is a good boxer with volume and very real power. He mixes in low kicks to slow you down before sending power hands right over the top. But as solid as his is striking is, he has holes in his grappling. He isn't a complete fish out of water, but his 60% takedown defense gives his opponents a path if they are worried about the power. He is coming off the split decision loss to Daniel Rodriguez where many people thought he won.
Carlos Prates
Carlos Prates is a dangerous striker with big power and range control. He is pretty light on his feet and manages to throw kicks to any body part whenver he wants. He will launch head kicks on the drop of a dime, he will throw spinning kicks and he will defend most takedowns that come his way. He has very low hands and a stance that looks similiar to Alex Perreia. He is coming off his 8th consecutive knockout win
