Caio Borralho is coming off the striking win over Paul Craig, but honestly his striking wasn't that good. his hands were low, he's not that fast, but he's so damn smart, he can make adjustments in fights and not take risks. If he comes into this fight with that same gameplan, he might honestly get slept – but he won't he's a fighting nerd, he will show up with a completely different gameplan and likely gets it done. Caio is the pick but this is short notice for both of them, so no idea what that means for cardio or the round lines.

Jared Cannonier

Jared Cannonier is very powerful and incredibly dangerous. He switches from south paw to orthodox and throws kicks from both sides. He has solid grappling defense and a solid chin. He only averages .47 takedowns per 15 inutes but he does have 5 takedowns in his last 2 fights. He is coming off the 4th round TKO loss to Nassourdine Imavov where a lot of people feel it was stopped early.

Caio Borralho

Caio Borralho is a very slick grappler with solid submissions and well timed takedowns. He has a long stance and very loose feet where he will bounce around and then he explode into double legs. He has belts in both Judo and Jiu Jitsu and uses all of those technques in his fights. Caio is quickly becoming a contendor at 185 but despite how dominant some of these wins are on paper, they are closer than they appear. He is coming off KO win over Paul Craig where his fight IQ was on full display.
