If we didn't see Chidi's last fight, this would be an easy breakdown. i would sit here, tell you about how low volume he is and confidently pick Zaleski. But now that we saw high volume Chidi, it's a much trickier breakdown. Chidi is faster, hits harder, the better striker and younger. If he comes out with volume, speed and power, Zaleski may start to look his age. I am going to stay on the Zaleski side, but only because he is so damn durable and has the wrestling if he needs it. Elizeu Zaleski
Elizeu Zaleski is a solid striker with real power and athleticism who can also be dangerous on the ground. He has a very busy and active striking style where he is constantly moving. He has real power, real athleticism and real cardio which make him a very dangerous man. He's old, but we haven't seen that affect his cardio or in cage performances. He is coming off the finish win over Zack Scroggins, but Zack was a short notice UFC who had no business being there.
Chidi Njokuani
Chidi Njokuani is a very good striker with speed, power and solid distance control. He is not a high volume guy but he sticks and moves really well. His feet are never in the same place for very long and people have a really hard time getting to him. If you are able to get inside the reach and work your way to his legs you can potentially have success with takedowns. He is coming off the decision win over Jared Gooden where he had unusually striking volume.
