I'm going to pick Dustin here because he is the better striker and he has very good takedown defense. So there's your pick. But here is your patented Angelo seed of doubt. Dustin does not like forward pressure and doesn't fight nearly as well backing up as he does moving forward. Bruno Lopes has great forward pressure and if he stays in Dustin's face, this could get weird. Dustin is still going to be the pick, but there seems to be a lot of recency bias in this line.
Dustin Jacoby
Dustin Jacoby is a high level kickboxer who during his kickboxing stint was ranked 2nd in the world. He does a great job keeping things technical and working your legs. He is technically sound with good power and volume. He has 62% takedown defense but that number is understated. He has solid takedown defense and does a great job making you pay on the way in. He is coming off the KO win over Vitor Petrino where a perfectly landed shot may have prevented a decision loss.
Bruno Lopes
Bruno Lopes is a forward pressure striker who has no problem with volume. He starts technical and throws in combinations but can be sucked into a slug fight where he starts winging from from the hip. He is a solid grappler as well with decent takedowns, heavy top pressure and good ground and pound. He is coming off the decision win over Magomed Gazhiyasulov where he had 5 takedowns.
