Jean Silva opened as a +140 underdog and in a matter of days has turned into the favorite. While I understand that line movement and I even fell into the hype with a bet on Jean here, I will caution you. Jean Silva is coming up in weight, with a super fast turnaround, fighting a guy with a ton of power and a very good chin. Silva at plus money was a great bet. Jean Silva at favorite money, might not be. I am still going to pick Jean here because this should be a striking match and he will be the better striker. But elevation, up in weight and a quick turnaround can do weird things here. I have Silva at +105, but again, be careful with the favorite money.

Drew Dober

Drew Dober is a fun take one to give one striker with one of the best chins in MMA. He has nice power and a willingness to brawl. He is technically sound but that doesn't stop him from getting wild. He only has a 56% takedown defense but he does such a good job baiting people into fire fights that he isn't defending very often. He almost gives people a false sense of confidence because they do hit him early and end up chasing those knockouts. He is coming off the decision loss to Renato Moicano where he essentially gave the fight away when he took himself down on a sloppy attempt

Jean Silva

Jean Silva is a powerful striker who is loose and creative. The creativity is fun to watch but does get him into weird positions at times. He is interesting to watch because he will go from a tight guard to loose hands down but he does alternate between the two often enough to get people guessing. He lowers his level to land body shots and then comes up top with power. His takedown defense is solid and his striking is killer. He is coming off the KO win over Charles Jourdain just last week at UFC 303
