This is a 50/50 fight and the easiest breakdown you will get get from me. Whoever lands big first will win. Simple. Both have huge power. I think Jhonata will land first. He is younger, faster and has the cleaner technique. With that being said, one punch from Derrick will also put lights out. Jhonata is the pick and this fight not to go the distance seems like a lock.

Derrick Lewis

Derrick Lewis is the KO king. He literally has more knockouts than anyone else in UFC history. But as we know by now, thats all he has. He is the most exciting and yet the most single threaded fighter in this division. He has incredible power but very low output. He can be taken down but literally just stands right back up. He's a powerhouse that is never out of a fight, but rarely in them. You never see him dominating a fight. It is literally him losing before the big punch or nothing at all before the big punch. He is coming off the late KO win over Rodrigo Nascimento where we saw 4 takedown attempts

Jhonata Diniz

Jhonata Diniz is a very good striker with clean technique and incredible power. He throws in combinations, has clean defense, great speed for his size and professional kickboxing experience. His takedown defense is solid but relatively untested. He is only 8-0 but he does have 7 stoppages. He is coming off the decision win over Karl Williams where he landed big early and looked great being being taken down and looking useless.
