Chidi should dominate here and if he threw with more volume I would be all over him. A slow start could be an issue because of how powerful and dangerous Jared is early. I'm still going Chidi, i still think he's safe, but I will be biting my nails for the first 5 minutes.

Chidi Njokuani

Chidi Njokuani is a very good striker with speed, power and solid distance control. He is not a high volume guy but he sticks and moves really well. His feet are never in the same place for very long and people have a really hard time getting to him. If you are able to get inside the reach and work your way to his legs you can potentially have success with takedowns. He is coming off the win over Rhys Mckee where he looked great at 170 and threw more leg kicks than we have seen before

Jared Gooden

Jared Gooden in an explosive guy with power in his hands and his takedowns. He's not great anywhere but his power, speed and athletic ability have afforded him some success. He is a very dangerous guy who has had an unfortunate run in the UFC. He was cut from the UFC in 2021 after going 1-3, then went 4-1 on the regional scene but did get back to the UFC and is now 1-1 in this stint. He is coming off the underdog win over Wellington Turman where the power and athleticism are on full display.
