I actually want to pick Chandler here. He looks like he is in insane shape. Literally the best physical looking he has ever been, no Diddy. Problem is, we already saw this fight and there is nothing that would indicate anything has changed this time. Chandler will still stand and bang, be exciting and somehow get caught in a submission somewhere. The long layoff may actually help him here because he's had a few years to heal up, and rejuvenate. Charles isn't exactly young either. While the smart pick is Charles, the sneaky good pick will be Chandler. i am going to pick Charle because I am Conservative Ang. But someone out there will pick Chandler to be cool, be right and act like a genius. Don't bet on this fight, there's too many variables.
Charles Oliveira
Charles Oliveira is one of the most well rounded and talented guy in the UFC. He has incredible kickboxing skills with laser accuracy, his kicks are deadly and he throws to your legs, your body and your head. He averages over 2 takedowns per 15 minutes and has some of the most practical BJJ in the UFC. What really separates him from the rest of the division is his ability to snap up a submission in any scramble which is reflected in the record books because he has the most amount of submission wins in UFC history. He is coming off he decision loss to Arman Tsarukyan at UFC 300
Michael Chandler
Michale Chandler is a very good wrestler who likes to strike. He has tons of power and solid pressure. He has no kicks but is a threat to wrestle. He is at a point in his career where he fights for bonuses and not championships. His all-timer against Justin Gaethje was a perfect example. He had a takedown and could've pushed that plan, but instead decided to slug it out. He is coming out of a 2 year layoff waiting for a Conor fight that didn't happen because of a broken pinky toe.
