Bin is the slight favorite here and thats likely because he is the much better grappler, but I think the striking gap is wider than the grappling one. I think the raw power from Zhu is going to be the difference here. He can either finish Bin early or touch him, get him scared and force him to shoot terrible shots because he doesn't want to deal with the striking. Zhu is the pick and I am going to keep an eye on the odds to see if he slips to an even bigger dog than he is now.
Kangjie Zhu
Kangjie Zhu is a very powerful striker. What he lacks in volume, he makes up for with raw power. He is almost like a coiled snake where is ready to throw at any moment but waits for the perfect opportunity. He has solid kickboxing and does a great job setting up his kicks with his hands. His takedown defense is just ok, but if he is taken down, he doesn't settle in and is looking for a way back up. When he throws he throws with power and is constantly looking for a finish.
Bin Xie
Bin Xie is a cautious striker who is looking to plot forward and work takedowns. You will see a check hook KO win to get him here, but that is more of an anomole than the norm. He's actually pretty flat footed on the feet but does well workign sumission on the ground. He isn't afraid to chase a finish through submission or TKO but can get overly agressive on the ground and lose positions.
