I think we all have the unforgivable bad taste in our mouth from last year when Grant Dawson was knocked out by a jab inside of 10 seconds. But i need to put that hatred aside and look at this objectively. I love Rafa Garcia and the dog he has in him, but i don't see him out grappling Grant Dawson. This will like when someone falls into a pool that has the floating bubble cover on it. You get sucked down and the more you fight it the more tangled you get and ultimately you drown. Thats what likely happens here. Grant Dawson goes all in on crotch sniffing and wins a forgettable decision.

Grant Dawson is a grappler who averages almost 4 takedowns per fight. He has a great ground game with absolutely relentless pressure. He has good technical striking but his clear advantage in almost all of his fights is his wrestling and grappling. He is VERY dangerous and while he is a grappler at his core with 7 submission wins, he has legit power in his hands and many of those submissions were set up from strikes.
