How Tim Means is a 2-1 favorite in this fight is beyond me. Both of these guys are old, worn down and at the end of their careers. This is a 50/50 fight at best. I am leaning Court here. I think his wrestling may be the difference. He can move forward and pressure with takedowns to steal minutes. His striking looked solid in his last fight so i imagine he can hang on the feet as well to setup the takedowns. For Tim to win this he has to ride a bike the entire fight, for Court to win he just has to close distance and squeeze in a few takedowns. Court is the pick and I threw a quarter of a unit at +195
Tim Means
Tim Means is a gritty, high volume striker who can work in takedowns when needed. He has a tricky karate style and stance switches. Its hard to put him in to one single category or give him one path to victory because he is well rounded, very active and has a frustrating style. He is 40 years old and definitely slowing down, but as long as his body holds up, he will be in a fight.
Court McGee
Court McGee is a battle tested veteran who has been around forever. He's an old school guy, hes incredibly tough, pretty durable, has solid striking, solid grappling and never quits. He's good everywhere, great nowhere. He has become a bit of a grappler these past few years with 10 takedowns and 25 minutes of control time in his last 5 fights. He is coming off the decision loss to Alex Morono where he stole a round with decent striking exchanges late.
