Listen, these Apex cards always end up being the ones with wild upsets, weird performances and landmines everywhere. Danny Silva being -240 screams landmine to me. He's good for sure, but not great. Dennis is 1-2 in the UFC but his 2 losses are quality and his win was pretty dominant. If Dennis wrestled more, he would a very real threat. Unfortunately he doesn't which means he likely gets out techniqued on the feet. Danny will be the low confidence pick here, but this is a fight where I'll tell you to check out the AI whenever those picks drop. Our AI has a nack for hitting these massive underdog upsets and I wish i listened to it when it picked Kazama.
Dennis Buzukja
Dennis Buzukja is a come forward striker with solid wrestling and guts. He is very tough, has clean stirking technique with power and then aggresive takedowns to round him out. He stays busy on the feet and is fast enough to hang but doesn't threaten the wrestling as much as he should considering his credentials. He is coming off his first UFC win over Connor Matthews where he showcased scrambling skills and power.
Danny Silva
Danny Silva is a striker with clean technique and plenty of movement. He likes to invest in the body early for a late payoff. He doesn't have much in the way of offensive wrestling but does have decent takedown defense and a good getup game. He is not amazing at anything, but a solid striker who can wear you down and take a decision. He is coming off the close win over Josh Culibo where he dropped him instantly ut ultimately was hit a ton.
