Tai Tuivasa is an all time fan favorite and is in elite company with his losing streak. Only BJ Penn and Tony Ferguson had longer losing streaks without being cut. But lets hope Tai stays away from those streaks and gets a win here, which he should. Louie Sutherland is not very good. He's just a modern day Tank Abbot. He will throw hard, engage and maybe he's standing at the end, maybe hes not. He is not very skilled, doesn't have much of a gameplan and really only has a punchers chance here. Tai isn't who he used to be, but he needs to be better than Louie here. I'm just hoping he has a smidge more cardio than his last outing.
Tai Tuivasa
Tai Tuivasa is a heavy handed striker with solid volume and great low kicks well. He has always been fast and powerful for his size but he is also sharp and composed. Tuivasa has fantastic leg kicks, a piercing jab and a big overhand. His takedown defense is almost non-existent and has zero offensive takedowns in the UFC. You used to be able to argue that Tuivasa's biggest asset was his chin, but that seems to be on its way out. He is coming off he sloppy back and forth loss to Tallision Teixeira
Louie Sutherland
Louie Sutherland is a heavy handed striker who has the stance of a body builder, but is surprisingly versatile for someone with his build. He uses kicks and long jabs to manage range before comminitting to power. When he lets his hands go he has a ton of power and a good amount of speed. He can be hittable which is concerning at this weight class. He is coming off the KO loss to Brando Pericic where he literally just ran forward and windmilled punches
