I get that Scott Disick here had a great UFC debut over a hyped prospect, but this is a very different fight. He was able to beat Malcolm by walking him down and working in takedowns but Malcolm, despite the hype is a one dimensional headhunter. Estevam may also be somewhat one dimensional, but his pace, pressure and wrestling should be enough to get him the win here. I see him backing up Ethyn, throwing heavy and getting takedowns. Rafael is going to be the pick and if this was anywhere other than Vegas, I'd probably have a full unit on him at these odds. My only concern here would obviously be if the judges didn't appreciate the takedowns.
Rafael Estevam
Rafael Estevam is a high pressure grappler who will throw bombs to close the distance. He has absolutely no issues marching forward with heavy strikes and then looking for takedowns. His takedowns are a bit sloppy and tend to be trips or drags, but he is relentless with them and will continue working to get you to the ground. Once you are down, he does an amazing job of softening you up and then working submissions. He is coming off the decision win over Felipe Bunes where he had 5 takedowns.
Ethyn Ewing
Ethyn is a powerful striker who looks exactly like Scott Disick. And much like Scott walks you down, closes distance and then fires off combinations but instead of sneaky quips, they are punches. He does a nice job leaving the pocket if shots come back his way and fainting level changes to keep people guessing. He isn't very technical, but the pressure and level changes work really well for him. His take down defense isn't great, but he works back up well and stays safe. He doesn't freeze up when takedowns are coming and continues to look for finishes. He is coming off the shocking upset win over Malcolm Wellmaker in his short notice UFC debut.
