We are heading into UFC 333 where we have 2 title fights on the line with Volk and Movsar headlining and the Yan vs Merab trilogy as the co-main. This card is awesome, filled with big fights with huge implications in multiple divisions, and it should just be a really fun watch from start to finish.

Abdul Rakhman Yakhyaev
Krylov quit last time out against Whitaker, and now gets an undefeated young hungry fighter who is smashing everyone he fights. He has 3 first round wins in a row, and is averaging 7.4 significant strikes and a very skewed 11.5 takedowns per 15min due to how quickly he has been winning. He is just better everwhere the fight goes, and if he had not run through 3 people already I would be worried about inexperience or UFC jitters, but Krylov is on the downturn of his career and Abdul should smash him here.
Asaf Chopurov
Thicknesse just does not perform well, and I think Asaf will be able to completely batter him on the feet and pick him apart. He will need to find a finish here, as he is very expensive, but I think he is going to beat the breaks off of Thicknesse and if he can find a finish in the first two rounds with at least one knockdown he has a chance to score very well.
Abubakar Vagaev
Yes he is not 9000, he is 8900, but I would rather not write up the WMMA fight and I watched the little tubby russian quit in his last fight against Paulo Costa. Vagaev ia going to wrestle non stop and look for finishes, and malkoun has mediocre takedown defense so I am going to side with the upside for a ton of takedowns and control time with a finish.

Petr Yan
I think we saw how the first fight would have gone if Yan did not have a broken hand, although to be fair Merab cut weight 4 times in 12 months which is super tough. I think Yan is better, Merab struggled with body shots and Yan should look to drop him with those here. It comes down to takedowns from Merab vs strikes from Yan here, I think no matter what you want one of them in your lineup.
Ramazan Temirov
Temirov has crazy power and can KO anyone if he lands clean, and Kavanagh is bad about leaving his chin out there to get touched. I think he is the more technical fighter and probably more skilled but Temirov just has so much more power and I think he finds a KO here.
Alexander Volkanovski
If Islam could not control him with his wrestling and power, I do not think Movsar will be able to either. I like the champ to find that chin and finish him, as we have seen him almost get chinned multiple times and Volk gets 5 rounds to find a finish here.
Under $8,000 PRICE POINT
Losene Keita
Pico is the better more rounded fighter, but Keita has that insane one punch knockout power and we saw it last time out. When Pico loses, he gets KO’d and I think we see Keita stuff a takedown and find the chin and send Aaron into the shadow realm here. This is also a fight I think you want to target because if Pico wins it will be with a lot of wrestling and control time which scores very well on DK.
Cam Rowston
Rowston has three straight knockout wins as a dog, and is a dog again here against Abus who is a mid fighter. Abus is not great, and Rowston has the age advantage, power advantage, and we have seen Abus gas hard if this goes to the later rounds. I think when you are picking dogs you want someone who can score big in a win, and Rowston fits that bill.
Bolaji Oki
This fight will be very interesting if it stays on the feet, because Oki has a 3 inch height and 6 inch reach advantage over Santos and has pretty big power. He is very sound defensively, and if he can touch Santos’ chin he should be able to sleep him and score a bunch of DK points at a very low salary.
