Jean-Paul was originally supposed to fight Austin Vanderford which i will argue is a tougher fight , I actually had Austin winning that fight. But I think Jean-Paul wins here. He is aggressive on the feet and can wrestle if he needs to. Phil Rowe sitting around waiting for the perfect strike will only allow Jean-Paul to get his hands going. Skill for skill Phil is better, but when you don't let your hands go your skills don't matter.

Phil Rowe

Philip Rowe is long rangy striker who does a great job using his length to find power and maintain distance. His ground game is fantastic but his wrestling needs a lot of work. Despite managing range well, he can be a bit hittable and he does have a negative striking differential. He is coming off the frustrating loss to Seok Hyeon Ko where he was hesitent on the feet and defenseless on the ground.

Jean-Paul Lebosnoyani

Jean-Paul Lebosnoyani is making his official UFC debut after what could be called the most impressive Contender Series win in 2025. While he had the incredible KO on DWCS is is actually a grappler by trade. His striking style is busy where he cuts a lot of angles. As we have seen his bas big power which is impressive considering he spent the majority of his career at lightweight. His grappling is very solid where he can snatch submissions up in scrambles and is always looking for something, but the takedowns aren't great.
