We head into week 6 with injuries once again making a bunch of value open up. The big value pieces are gonna be the eagles offense, the backup RB in AZ and bernard for WR for the steelers. The rams will be the chalkiest stack of the week, because AZ sucks on defense and the rams offense looks amazing like always. There are a few really good games to target and a few lopsided affairs loom here, so now we just gotta dodge the landmines.
QUARTERBACKS
Matt Stafford- $6400 – 17%
Best passing attack in the NFL right now and he has props at almost 300 yards and 3 tds, he will be the highest owned QB on the slate but he puts up numbers like crazy.
Tyler Shough – $5600 – 5%
Love this game because both defenses are not good, both running attacks are not good, and Shough should be able to attack the Giants on all 3 levels with his weapons. I think we see him go 4X here.
Tanner McKee – $4000 – 1%
Everyone would rather play the panthers defense, but McKee looked solid when filling in last season and he gets Smith back, you don’t need a lot for him to hit value and he opens up the builds with being priced like a backup RB.
RUNNINGBACKS
Jonathan Taylor- $8000 – 28%
He is almost a lock for 100 and a TD, but at this price point you probably need him to score 2 TDs which he has done multiple times this season already, and is facing a bad Titans team who should be down which lets the Colts run the rock with him.
Rhamondre Stevenson- $6000 – 27%
Henderson has a high ankle sprain and the Jets rush defense is not good. He also is usually involved in the passing game so something like 80 rush, 40 rec, 4 catches and TD is in play which makes him go almost 4x
Tyler Allegier- $4800 – 14%
Love is out, so we expect him to be the lead back here in a game where they are dogs up the usage is what we want from any cheap RB. If he can get 15 carries and be involved in the passing game and get a couple receptions he can smash this price point.
WIDE RECEIVERS
Puka Nacua- $8100 – 22%
Best WR in the nfl right now, coming off a monster game where he put up 40 DK points. I expect him to push for 10-100 weekly and if he can score he will be close to 4X just from that, and the Rams will feed him until the game gets out of hand.
Malik Nabers – $6500 – 17%
He came alive the last couple games, I do not expect another 12-120-2TD game but the ceiling is one of the highest on the slate besides Puka and you get him 1600 cheaper. The game environment should be high scoring also, so love for him to take advantage of a bad saints defense
Germie Bernard – $4000 – 17%
He slides into the WR2 role with everyone else out, and he should be a lock for 5 catches and 50 yards which is almost 3X, anything above that and you are golden. He has looked good the last 2 games when he has gotten run, and Rodgers has looked good the last 3 weeks throwing for 9 TDs so I expect Bernard to get a bunch of looks again.
TIGHT END
Brock Bowers – $7500 – 20%
The best TE in the game, he is expensive and chalky but if you can fit him, he is a WR1 who plays the TE position. He probably will end up averaging 8-80 this season and has 2TD upside week in and week out.
Isaiah Likely- $4800 – 20%
I think we will see him get 6+ catches any week where the Giants have to put up points and throw, and I expect that this week. He is a 2700 discount off Bowers and does not have quite the same upside but he should rack up a 15+ point week this week and if he can score a TD can approach 5X
Dallas Goedert – $3900 – 3%
Cheap option to pair with McKee who will be open over the middle more now that Smith is back. I think his floor is 5 catches and 40 yards, and if he can get in the box he pays off with how cheap he is
DST
KC- $3600 – 7%
The Chargers are bad, their OL sucks, and the chiefs should be able to get a handful of sacks and force a couple turnovers. They need to score 10+ to pay off but this is a great spot
NE – $3500 – 6%
They get Gonzalez back to cover Wilson and the Jets offense as a whole is not the same with only Wilson and not their other playmakers at the skill positions. I think we see them pick off Geno and get a few sacks here while holding the jets under 17
CLE – $2800 – 8%
They get the Huntley led Ravens, so they will need to try and keep Henry under 90 and double flowers, and if they can get a few sacks they have potential to be up there with the top priced defenses at a nice discount
