Marcus is the favorite but screw that. i know Ryan has some quit in him, but he is the better fighter. It's not even close. He is the much better striker, has much better cage awareness, a killer instinct and an actual resume. Marcus needs to get this to the ground or pray that Spann fades. The problem is that you can't trust Spann to be in 15 minute fight shape, thats probably why he is the underdog here. but there is no way i could watch either one of Buchecha's UFC fights and pick him to win anything, he should've been cut after his last performance. Spann is the pick because of the power and hopefully the takedown defense.

Marcus Buchecha

Marcus Buchecha is a BJJ nightmare. He is a heavyweight who can grapple like someone much smaller both off his back and on top. His striking isn't very good but he is big and carries some power. Being that he needs fights to get to the ground to win, he does shoot a lot of takedowns. Some are better than others, but he is pretty relentless with the attempts. He is very tough, but very sloppy. He is coming off a horrific performance against Kennedy Nzechkwu where an eye poked saved him from a decision loss.

Ryan Spann

Ryan Spann is a 6'5 powerhouse with an incredible 81″reach. He's very dangerous with 20 stoppages in his 23 wins but he's not all power, he also wrestles and averages more than 1 takedown per fight and can snatch up submissions from anywhere. 14 of his stoppage wins are by submission but that might be hard to come by here. Ryan Spann is incredibly dangerous but can be sloppy and does fade quick. He is coming off the submission win over Lucas Brezski
