Alexa Grasso needs to go back down in weight. I get that she was the world champion, i get that she just killed a bitch in her last fight, but shes too small, and doesn’t (outside of her last fight) have the power to hang with some of these women. Even her win over Valentina was proven to be a fluke, the next fight was a draw because of a point deduction and then she clearly lost the 3rd matchup. Manon is too damn big, too damn powerful and too good of a striker to lose here. The size difference will be obvious and Alexa won’t be so much faster that it doesn’t matter. Manon is the pick.

Manon Fiorot

Manon Fiorot is a nasty striker with killer instinct and very real finishing power. Even when she gets taken down she has the skills and the IQ to work back up to her feet. She likes to fight at range and pick her shots. She has an impressive striking differential but she isn’t just a striker, she has takedowns in 7 of her 9 UFC fights and has a solid 87% takedown defense. She is coming off the first round KO win over Jasmine Jasudavisius.

Alexa Grasso

Alexa Grasso is a fun striker with impressive volume and ok takedown defense at 54%. She stays busy landing more than 4 significant strikes per minute and moves really well. She has absolutely no problem slugging it out in the pocket and while we have seen flashes of power, I wouldn’t categorize her as powerful, especially not at 125lbs. She is 5-3-1 at this weight class but did just get her first win since losing the belt in 2023
