This should be a straight forward win for Hecher. He will be the much better striker and his takedowns should be good enough to avoid the ground. Obviously if it gets to the ground we may have a different story to tell but with his range management and leg kicks, I don't anticipate that being a problem. Hecher is the pick and the Contender Series alumni typically do well in Apex debuts.

Luan Lacerda

Luan Lacerda is a slick grappler who can strike. He comes forward with reckless abandon throwing punches and kicks with no real rhyme or reason but a ton of power. From there he will work trips or single leg takedowns and then on the ground he is a savage. He is very creative and is always looking for a submission. He is coming off the submission win over Saimon Oliveira

Hecher Sosa

Hecher Sosa is a fast, clean and accurate striker who loves to destroy is opponents legs. He is long and lean and uses that length to keep people at the end of his strikes and wrap up submissions. He is aggressive but not reckless, he likes to jump in, land his combinations and then jump back out. He manages kicking range really well and has plenty of head movement to avoid a big shot coming back his way. The takedown defense is seemingly solid as is his submission defense.
