Leon has got to be a top 5 fall from grace. He went from one of the best title fight comebacks we have ever seen, to getting subbed in a fight night main event. But despite his recent performances the reality is that they were losses to wrestler and Carlos isn't a wrestler. It is very possible that Leon gets back his roots and puts on a striking clinic, it's also possible that he gets absolutely dismantled because even though he won the title off of pure heart, he has been the tin man as of late. I think Carlos wins here and I am very excited for this fight.

Leon Edwards

Leon Edwards is a very well rounded fighter. He is primarily a striker with nice body kicks, nice boxing and now nice wrestling. He averages more than 1 takedown per fight and was able to take down Nate Diaz, Kamaru Usman and Colby Covington. Despite all of his raw talent he has faltered as of late and was on the wrong side of 2 dominant wrestling performances to first lose his title and then set him back from getting another shot at it.

Carlos Prates

Carlos Prates is a dangerous striker with big power and range control. He is pretty light on his feet and manages to throw kicks to any body part whenever he wants. He will launch head kicks on the drop of a dime, he will throw spinning kicks and he will defend most takedowns that come his way. His power and accuracy are absolutely insane. He also has suprisingly good cardio for a smoker and the confidence of a world champion. He is coming off the loss the KO win over Geoff Neal
