Diego is definitely more the dangerous and the more durable fighter in this matchup but his takedown defense lacks and Bobby has underrated wrestling. Even though Diego has the power advantage, Bobby is probably the cleaner striker. This is definitely a close fight so you can imagine my surprise when i saw Diego was a 2-1 favorite. Diego is going to be the pick though because even though he is a bit older, he is durable, dangerous and busy.

King Green

Bobby Green is a busy striker with a showboat, hands at his waist style. He has great volume, incredible defense and slick wrestling as a backup plan. He has 11 knockouts under his belt which are typically volume and TKO but we have seen flashes of 1 punch KO power. He is on a bit of a skid lately with 2 finish losses in a row, most recently the insane spinning heel kick to Mauricio Ruffy.

Diego Ferreira

Diego Ferreira is a very good BJJ guy with power in his hands. Even though he's a grappler he has solid striking but a surprisingly low takedown accuracy. His striking has evolved over the years and he has won striking only fights in the past. His takedown defense is 57% but that is a bit skewed because he continues to fight high level wrestlers. He is coming off the decision loss to Grant Dawson where he came out tentative but picked up the pace later.
