Trusting Kelvin Gastelum is like trusting that a taco bell fart won't be wet. You have your confidence, but ultimately it's in god's hands. I do think Kelvin will win here and this is honestly one of the easier matchups he has had in 5 years. He should be able to win the striking exchanges, eat whatever comes his way and hopefully defend the shots.
Kelvin Gastelum
Kelvin Gastelum might be an all time question mark. He is a great wrestler, a very good striker, has a granite chin and is capable of being in an absolute dog fight. The problem is he never really had a work ethic and doesn't seem to care. He has missed weight multiple times, bounces between weight classes and is indifferent to wins and losses. With that being said though, he is physically gifted and is talented. He is coming off the loss to Joe Pyfer where he started to take over late.
Dustin Stoltzfus
Dustin Stoltzfus is a busy striker with very good power. He has a BJJ black belt and has been wrestling more as of late with 7 takedowns in his last 4 fights. He likes to hang out and strike inside the pocket as well which isn't always the best idea because he has a questionable chin. His record is spotty and he does get finished, but his losses are to quality opponents and he is beating the people he should beat. He is coming off the decision loss to Nursulton Ruziboev where he got 2 takedowns.
