Fares Ziam is another guy that I am a known hater of. I have picked against him more times than I would like to admit. My issue has always been that he is a boring rangy striker who couldn't handle pressure, for example, the Terrance McKinney fight. But that assesment just isn't valid anymore. He has picked up the aggression and cleaned up the technique to the point where I can't really classify him as someone looking to avoid an exchange. This is definitely a tough fight for Fares because Tom is one of the few people who is as long as him in this division and he knows how to use it. I am going to pick Fares though, he's a little cleaner everywhere and I think he can take advantage of Tom's recklessness.

Fares Ziam is a long rangy striker who also works well in the clinch. He is a technical fighter who doesn't take unnecessary risk. He picks his shots well and engages when he sees an opportunity. He takes his time on the outside and then uses over extensions to jump into the pocket. He is coming off the impressive finish win over Nazim Sadykov

Tom Nolan

Tom Nolan is a long and lean striker. He is accurate and technical, but has no problem getting into a brawl. Outside of his lone loss, he has a solid chin as well. I have seen him in more than one fight eat more than one overhand just to keep coming forward. He has lots of pressure, lots of volume, tons of power, but not much striking defense or takedown defense. He is coming off the submission win over Charlie Campbell.
