I gotta be honest, Delphine is terrible. Doing the tape study had me second guessing i was watching the right person. I was literally checking the glove colors to ensure that the woman who was getting tossed around and beat up on the ground in almost every fight was in fact the woman the UFC just signed. I don’t get it. Sure, she has busy striking, but she has no power and stinks everywhere else. By default I am picking Sofia, but she isn’t much better. Just leave this fight alone, but the over 2.5 probably makes sense

Delphine Benouaich

Delphine Benouaich is a decently well rounded fighter. On the feet she throws in voume and marches forward. She doesn’t have the typical French Savate style. She does a nice job mixing up her attacks and will essentially throw everything and never throw anything as a one off. She does have some grappling holes though. Her takedowns are not very good and her takedown defense is worse.

Sofia Montenegro

Sofia Montenegro is a fun aggressive striker who marches forward and lays on volume. she is definitely hittable, but has a great chin. Her power is impressive and she wastes no movement or time. She can be out volumed though because while she is focusing on landing big shots, its possible that her oppoents have already landed two. She doesn’t look to wrestle often, but she can sneak in the ocassinal trip. She is coming off a close but fun contender series loss that was good enough to get her the call up.
