This is simple. Cody used to be good. He used to be a dog, he would bring the fight to anyone. Now he is just a shell of himself. I don't know if its because everyone else in the division has gotten better while he stayed a one dimension wrestler, if he has passed his prime or if he was never good to begin with. It sucks though, i like Cody, he's exciting to watch and always fights his ass off, its just not working for him anymore. I'd to sit here and say “Carlos Hernandez took down Nyam 4 ties and won a decision so Cody could do the same and he's the pick”, but that statement would be misleading and omit the fact that Nyam dropped Carlos who is much more durable than Cody. I have to pick Nyam here, but like every other fight these guys are in, it should be a fun scrap.

Cody Durden

Cody Durden is a pressure wrestler who averages almost 4 takedowns per fight. He likes to come forward, throw looping power shots and then look for those takedowns. He will chain wrestle and continue diving at legs until he gets it to the ground. While his wrestling can be non-stop pressure he doesn't have a lot of control on the ground and has a very suspect chin on the feet. He's coming off his 3rd loss in a row, this time to Allan Nascimento in a fight where his pressure was insane early.

Nyamjargal Tumendemberel

Nyam is a powerful striker who has a wide base and bombs punches. He uses a very long step in jab to close distance and then he swings wild. He has no problem with a dirty pocket fight but he can be hit and doesn't have the best striking defense. He is always moving forward and always doing something. He is coming off the submission win over Terrance Saeteurn at a Road to the UFC event this past summer
