These odds are obscene. Hamdy is -420. I think I need to remind people that he is a fat turd who popped for steroids while still being fat. This is a guy who went to a split decision with Jamal Pogues and lost to Muhammed Usman in a fight where he did nothing. Hamdby is terrible at fist fighting and boring to watch. How he is still employed is beyond me. I'm picking Chris While i recognize he is fat and old, he's also not afraid to actually fight and will go for it. I'll pick the guy who will move forward and throw punches over the guy hoping to coast to a decision. Don't bet this fight though, it could be a mess.
Chris Barnett
Chris Barnett doesn't look like it but he is very athletic and shockingly dynamic. Chris has very real power and will manage to land strikes even though he almost always has the shorter reach. He hasn't taken his career too seriously in the past and while he had flashes of dedication, he seems to be back to his old ways. The issue with Chris is while he is powerful and athletic, he doesn't handle pressure well. If he doesn't take over early with raw talent, he doesn't win fights. He is coming back after a year away and a knockout to Kennedy Nzechukuwu
Hamdy Abdelwahab
Hamdy Abdelwahab is an Olympic wrestler for the Egyptian Olympic team but he's actually based out of New York. He is comfortable striking but its a bit slow and telegraphed. He does have some power in his overhand right and he uses that to setup takedowns. He has gotten a little too used to striking and doesn't wrestle nearly enough. I assume its because he doesn't trust his cardio, but it is insanely frustrating watching an olympic wrestler, not wrestle. This frustration was magnified in his last fight where he lost to Muhammaed Usman in a staring contest.
