Bo Nickal's hype train is so far off the rails that he opened as a +120 underdog. He obviously was quickly bet to the favorite, but I want to make sure I am clear here. The opening odds were probably correct. Obviously Bo Nickal is Bo is a highly accomplished athlete with 3 national championships and a Hodge trophy, but we just saw that he doesn't make the best decisions in fights. Jumping guillotine against someone as dangerous as RDR is what cost him that fight. If he stayed safe, threw strikes from the top and worried about position, he could've won. Instead he chased, ended up in a bad position, and left the round deflated. While we all just saw RDR quit on the stool, i still think he is a very good fighter and his sheer size is a problem. Bo is going to be the pick here because you don't accomplish what he has without learning from losses and I have to assume he plays it safe and wins a somewhat boring fight.

Bo Nickal

Bo Nickal is a big time wrestling standout who has multiple D1 national championships as well as world champion medals. He is obviously an incredible wrestler who has transitioned to MMA and taken those skills with him. His style is pretty obvious. He is early in his MMA career and is continuing to evolve, but he is always looking to come forward and get takedowns. He is begging to trust his hands more which we saw in his fight with Paul Craig but given his last fight, he may go back to his wrestling roots.

Rodolfo Vieira

Rodolfo Viera is a freak athlete with incredible BJJ. He is a world level BJJ competitor with more than one international title. He is incredibly explosive with his takedowns attempts, but technique can get the best of him. While his gameplan is always to get it to the ground, he can have some success on his feet with clean striking. He is coming off the decision win over Tresean Gore
