The Cody Durden you have seen recently is not the same Cody Durden from the highlights. The guy who beat Charles Johnson and Jake Hadley is long gone. Cody went from a grinding wrestler with endless cardio to a chinny toe diver with mediocre cardio. That is an unfortunate fall off because cardio is the one thing a fighter can directly control. Cody's losses are solid, but I think full camp Allan is too good. He is the better striker, the getter grappler, will have better cardio and wins this fight. Very confident in Allan here but this is brand new so I don't have odds. I would expect a bet here though.
Allan Nascimento
Allan Nascimento is a fun striker who likes to grapple as well. He doesn't have much to offer in the wrestling department but he has no problem getting into a brawl, getting taken down and working sweeps and submissions from there. The problem is if he can't get those sweeps or create a scramble, he ends up on bottom the whole fight getting pounded on. He has ok power in his hands but a low 24% takedown accuracy and a 30% takedown defense. He is coming off the decision win over Jafel Filho where he took over as the fight went on
Cody Durden
Cody Durden is a pressure wrestler who averages more than 4 takedowns per fight. He likes to come forward, throw looping power shots and then look for those takedowns. He will chain wrestle and continue diving at legs until he gets it to the ground. While his wrestling can be non-stop pressure he doesn't have a lot of control. He has great pressure, but a very suspect chin. He's coming off the KO Loss to Jose Ochoa
