This line is crazy to me. Drakkar Klose is good and has good wins. How he is a 4-1 underdog is surprising. I get that Gantt is a hyped prospect, but how many times does an established guy have to spark a young prospect before people will stop betting them like crazy. You want to bet on Gantt because of the wrestling, absolutely, totally understand it, but I would hope that self control and logic would prevail when you go to your book to actual do it and you see what the hell the odds are. Picks and bets ARE NOT the same thing, and this is one of those cases. I am going to pick Tommy because his offensive wrestling is undeniably impressive and Drakkar can be taken down. But i am not betting here because i have no idea what this will look like for Tommy if it goes long and I have a ton of respect for Drakkar and his skills.

Drakkar Klose

Drakkar Klose is a very good wrestler who developed striking as well. He was a state champion wrestler who uses his wrestling offense, but does have some issues defending takedowns. He has solid boxing with power and speed. Overall he is a well rounded guy who can go the distance or finish a fight. He is coming off a straight forward decision win over a droopy eyed Edson Barbosa.

Tommy Gantt

Tommy Gantt has not been fighting for many years, but he has many fights. He is 2 years removed from his professional debut and already has 12 fights. He is a long fast athletic guy who manages range well before committing to wrestling. His takedowns are impressive where he has great entries. He has a wide array of takedowns and has incredible control when he is on top and that comes from an incredible wrestling career that includes D1 All American honors and international accolades. He is a finisher but seems to have solid enough cardio to fight long.
