We are heading into UFC Fight Night in Sacramento, headlined by Anthony Fluffy Hernandez going up against Gregory RoboCop Rodrigues in a middleweight main event. We have some exciting young fighters and prospects on this card also, along with some staples of the UFC competing. Hopefully it is not as upset heavy as last week, boy was that a wild card up until the last 2 fights where it was fairly boring with clear decision wins (although Islam 49-46 was crazy talk by those two judges) and hopefully we keep pace with the trend this entire year of more finishes than decisions.

Lerryan Douglas
Super heavy handed striker Douglas against poor Jamall Emmers here, and we fully expect another KO win here for Lerryan. He is super busy on the feet averaging almost 9 significant strikes per minute, and as long as he does not let Emmers drag the fight to the mat, he will piece him up on the feet and find a KO.
Shanelle Dyer
The UFC are giving Dyer a nice layup here with Elise Reed as her opponent where Dyer will be the big favorite and heavily favored to win by TKO/KO. She should find another stoppage win here and score well, but it will have to be in the first two rounds, and if it goes to round two than we are going to need her to have multiple knockdowns and hit the 50+ significant strike count.
Marcio Barbosa
Kuse is not great defensively, and I think we are going to see a fight where Marcio and his 7 significant strikes per minute average just wreck Kuse en route to a finish. He is a bit smaller, but he is the more powerful and athletic fighter who has better striking in a fight that should stay on the feet.

Mason Jones (I’m cheating here but I don’t like the 8K range much)
He is a Dog who does not quit, will keep marching forward and make the fight dirty and ugly and look for takedowns and finishes anywhere the fight goes. Mason averages 6 significant strikes per minute, over a takedown per round, and I think we will see him use the 5 inch reach advantage here to dictate where the fight takes place and beat up on MarQuel for 15 minutes.
Anthony Hernandez
We know both of their strengths, and weaknesses, and I think Fluffy training with Strickland after losing to him will be a very big help. He has the gas tank for days, whereas Gregory tends to gas pretty hard after the first round, and if we see it go past 3 rounds than I think it will be reminiscent of the Michel Pereira fight where Fluffy took his soul. He has to not get dropped with the power of Robocop, but the more he grinds on the gas tank, the less heat Gregory will be throwing. He averages almost 5 significant strikes per minute and 2 takedowns per round, so that is a recipe for a big DK score.
Chris Padilla
These guys are pretty similar fighters in terms of metrics. Padilla has a slight advantage in offensive wrestling, a 2 inch reach advantage, and is not coming in here off one of the most brutal KO losses we have seen like Nasrat is. In a fight that is pretty closely lined, I will take the underdog who has small advantages in the reach.

Kennedy Nzechukwu
I think Shamil sucks, like truly one of the biggest slop fat heavyweights who cannot fight longer than 4-5 minutes without gassing and looking extra sloppy and sluggish. He has literally quit inside the cage because he was too tired, and he now fights Kennedy who will have a 5 inch reach advantage, a speed advantage, and being southpaw once Shamil gets tired he can fire off the head kick and knock his goofy ass out.
Sergei Spivac
This is a matchup of mediocre heavyweights (aren’t they all right) and I am going to side with the underdog here as well due to his pace being slightly better, the better wrestler, and slight height and reach advantage. I do not think Petrino is very good, and this has the makings of a real sloppy heavyweight fight that goes the distance and the winner scored 55 points.
Wes Schultz
In a battle of long flowing hair middleweights, I will side with the wrestler over the striker here. Schultz is definitely the better wrestler and grappler, and he will just have to not get caught shooting a takedown against Jackson and smother him en route to a submission win. This fight should end with a finish regardless of what side you’re on, but Schultz is the preferred play for salary savings.
