Uros Medic vs. Daniel Rodriguez Pick, Prediction and Bets

MEDIC VS RODRIGUEZ

If you're wondering why you haven't seen Daniel Rodriguez in a year, it's because he was in a mexican prison being charged with drug smuggling. But here he is, free as a bird and looking to build a win streak.

In all seriousness though, what happened to Daniel is kinda fucked. He was driving from California to Mexico. Weed is legal in California and decriminalized in Mexico – so not illegal. But because they found the weed on him at the border and not already inside of Mexico, they slapped him trafficking and had him locked up for around 8 months. He said that during his time in prison he was well cared for and even had workout and training equipment because they knew he was a fighter. But even with the training in Mexico coupled with what I can assume was a full camp back home, I don't think he wins this fight. Uros has been a killer on the feet and while d-rod is durable, Uros is next level dangerous. i think Uros, at home, looks great here and gets a win. He is faster, more diverse and hits harder. Should honestly be a bit of a showcase.

Uros Medic

Uros Medic is a clean and technical striker. He comes out fast and loose with a 100% finish rate in his 13 wins and unfortunately his 3 losses well. He has speed, power, and a legit killer instinct. His chin can be questioned, but when he smells blood he goes for broke. His takedown defense sits at a low 55% but that is a bit skewed because he was taken down 7 times by Mytkbek Oralbai. He is coming off the KO win over Geoff Neal

Daniel Rodriguez

Former prisoner Daniel Rodriguez is a very good boxer who picks his shots well. He has good takedown defense but not much to offer in the grappling department. His boxing is crisp and when he isn't worried about the takedowns his hands are deadly and he hits a rhythm. When he is worried about the takedowns he can fade later in the fight but I don't suspect much grappling in this matchups. He is coming off the decision win over Kevin Holland and two hours of rec time per week.
