Cepo should be able to crowd Urbina and then put him out so a KO pick or bet is fine here. My only caution would be that the dude is like a wind up toy. You just wind him up, the ref says lets go and he starts moving forward throwing the same punches over and over. Anyone decent will shoot a takedown or time the chaos and throw back. He can be hit, he can be knocked out, he can be taken down. His record is inflated by wins over bums. Luckily for all of you, Urbina is basically a bum, so Cepo should win and he should win by finish.

Vlasto Cepo

Vlasto Cepo is a Serbian and like the rest of the Serbians on this card he is primarily a striker. He is fast, powerful and throws with intent in combination. He will flurry massive punches until you are broken. He does that both on the feet and on the ground. He doesn't shoot a ton, but you will see the occasional double out of him. His issue however is because he is so reckless on the feet, he can be hit and basically has no defense.

Gilbert Urbina

Gilbert Urbina is a good grappler who is competent on his feet as well. He has a very high striking output of almost 6 significant strikes per minute but if you watch his fights, it's clear he doesn't have striking defense and loves moving forward. He has a great pace and plenty of cardio to keep it for 15 minutes if his chin will allow. He is coming off the KO loss to main eventer Uros Medic where he had Uros dropped early but then ate a massive left and he himself got knocked out.
