Another day, another prospect matchup for Ribeiro. This poor guy has only been matched up against guys the UFC is looking to push. It's easy to say hes been finishes in his last 3 fights, but all 3 of those dudes are nasty. Now notably, Ribeiro did beat Diyar Nurgazay and de-rail that prospect train, but I don't see that happening here. I thin Magomed does what he does and finds a finish, most likely on the feet. Another spot where the line isn't low, but lower than it should be.
Brendson Ribeiro
Brendson Ribeiro is an offensive striker with solid grappling. He likes to move forward and get his hands going but is very hittable. His takedowns are medioce but if a fight does end up on the ground he is very aggressive and hunts for submissions. He is dangerous both on top but not so much off his back. While Ribeiro has a pretty well rounded offense, he does have a quit button and can be finished. He is coming off the first round KO loss to Abdul Rakhman Yakyaev.
Magomed Tuchalov
Magomed Tuchalov is a really fun striker who goes balls out looking for finishes. He is insanely athletic, very willing to engage and also very willing to tie up and throw you on your hear. He is good everywhere, always chasing a finish and so far has a finish in every fight. Outside of his most recent win he has only beaten bums, and never been to a decision so questioning his cardio is probably appropriate.
