It's always crazy to see young prospects come into the UFC with an unblemished record and then leave without a win. That's exactly what will happen to Stewart. He came into the UFC at 8-0 with 7 finishes and was a favorite in 2 of his 3 ufc fights. But here is he is. Riding 3 losses in a row and about to be cut. I don't see Stewart having any success whatsoever here. He won't be the better wrestler, he won't be the better striker and even though it is a fist fight, he won't have a punchers chance because he has no power. Alden wins and should be -4000.

Alden Coria

Alden Coria is a busy grappler with a nice single leg. He snatches legs up with a slight bend at the waist and immediately runs the pipe. On the ground he is busy on top and has great control. His scrambles are slick and he does a good job snatching up submissions. While he is primarily a grappler, he does have solid striking with sneaky power and a full arsenal of knees, kicks and elbows. While he is well rounded, he can be a bit too calm and too hittable. He is coming off the decision win over Luis Gurule.

Stewart Nicoll

Steward Nicoll is is a decent wrestler and slick grappler. When he takes you down he has solid control and is always working. He is looking for positions, landing strikes and staying busy. He is a strong guy and uses that strength well. His striking is a bit stiff, but he has nice leg kicks and isn't afraid to exchange. You're going to see a bunch of KOs on his record, but they are pretty much ground and pound finishes. He is coming off his third UFC loss in a row, this time a knockout to Alessandro Costa.
