This is a pretty easy Farid pick here. Farid is too technical and too safe to get caught hanging out on the inside and boxed up. i expect him to outwork John and piece him up at range. If John was more aggressive and had better cardio, then we could try to make the case, but even with full camps he slows down and if he isn't directly in Farid's face, I don't see him having success. Great matchup for Farid and a pretty easy win.

Farid Basharat

Farid Basharat is a well rounded wrestler with solid striking. He has a very loose stance where he bounces on his toes and throws a lot of kicks. He is very mobile and constantly working side to side. He has the wide Tae Kwon Do stance that helps him move well and stay defensively sound. He is a great wrestler as well who averages almost 4 takedowns per fight. He is not dangerous at all and doesn't like pressure but he is fast and clean. He is coming off the close decision loss to Jean Matsumoto

John Garza

John Garza is an aggressive striker who loves to hang out in the pocket. He has clean boxing and surprising power for his size. He throws in combinations, but doesn't do a lot of mixing up. You won't see much grappling from him kicks are few and far between. He does fade as fights go on, but he is tough, gritty and dangerous.
