This is a very favorable matchup for Luke and I think he showcases. Luke will be the cleaner, faster, better striker who I think will manage the range and dance his way to a decision win. This probably looks exactly like his last fight against Michael Aswell where he was better everywhere but his opponent was tough. Kai doesn't have the best chin so we could get a finish, but I wouldn't bet against the Hawaiian fighting spirit. Luke is the pick and this should be pretty straight forward.
Kai Kamaka III
Kai Kamaka is a busy striker with decent footwork and leg kicks. He has nice pressure, great low kicks, solid takedowns and a relatively solid chin. He is not great at any one thing but he does have some dog in him. iHe had a 4 fight stint in the UFC from 2020 to 2021 with a couple of exciting matchups but then he was cut and bounced between a handful of promotions including Bellator and the PFL where he had a good amount of success. He is coming off the split decision win over Dakota Hope in his return to the UFC earlier this year.
Luke Riley
Luke Riley is a carbon copy of almost every English fighter. He is a fast athletic striker who does everything possible to keep fights on the feet. He has plenty of finishes and does a really good job doing damage in the clinch. The takedown defense is decent and if he is taken down, he stays busy and looks to work up. His combinations are impressive where he works your body and head in the same exchange. Overall he is a fun fighter and one of the better english signings. He is coming off the decision win over Michael Aswell Jr. where people were disappointed he didn't find the finish.
