We are heading back to a normal fight night after an amazing production at the white house where we saw all 7 fights finish, well 6.5 but officially Topuria got TKO’d so whatever, but now we are back to reality with a fight night card headline by Manel Kape and Kyoji Horiguchi. Should be fun overall, so let’s get to it.

Bia Mesquita
She is going to win inside the distance, it just depends on how quickly in order for her to pay off her salary. If it is a first round win I think she will be good, the main issue will be if it goes to round two, she will need to have 4-5 takedowns and some good control time on top of getting ground and pound strikes in so she can score well enough to remain optimal. Regardless, she is a great DFS play.
Michael Aswell JR
He more than doubles the output on the feet than Bolanos, is facing someone with questionable takedown offense which means he will be on the feet the whole time, I am going to side with the favorite here and think he pieces him up on the feet and finds a finish in the second round.
Navajo Stirling
Much bigger of the two fighters here, he has very good wrestling when he needs it, and fights a lot cleaner than Ion. Ion has not pushed the pace quite as much lately, but regardless I think we will see Stirling do what he needs to do and grind out a win, his 6.25 significant strikes per minute is very nice, so hopefully we see him use the 4 inch reach advantage and 3 inch height advantage and bully Ion around for an nice DK score.
$8,000 – $8,900 PRICE POINT
Vinicius Oleveira
This will be telling on how Oliveira responds after losing in his first main event and looking terrible, but he said he had been injured the entire camp and looked awful so it kind of made sense there. He is the more powerful striker, the better grappler, and I think we will see him get back in the win column here and finish Fili. He has so many ways to finish the fight, 5 years younger and I think we will see him do some damage here and make a statement.
Christian Rodrgiuez
This fight is like many on the card, pretty meh and you’re trying to find the reason why to play someone. Hyder has not looked great in his last few fights, and Ceerod is someone who has shown he can drag you down to the mat or stay standing if he has to, so this is more a bet on Amil having looked awful in his last couple fights.
Shane Collins
Short notice fight here, some young prospects who square off and I think we will see Collins be the guy who applies the pressure and looks for a finish. This is one of those fights where if you MME you want one of these guys in a lot of your lineups as we will see them really push for a finish in their UFC debut.
Under $8,000 PRICE POINT
Kyoji Horiguchi
This will be a striking match between two of the best strikers in the division, but I am going to side with the dog who seems like he will have better movement and defense here and output Manel. I have a feeling this fight will not be optimal for DFS, but if Kyoji can tko Kape then we are looking at a different story, but I have a feeling we see a decision win with like 80 significant strikes.
Leon Shahbazyan
He is going to have to get lucky and get a takedown, or catch his opponent in a reversal or even a slip in order to get this to the ground or he will die on the feet. He somehow does not know how to strike unlike his brother, but if he can get this to the mat he should find success there and that would score well for DK.
Mitch Raposo
This got rescheduled, and last time I was on Raposo because he is younger, the better wrestler, and Nascimento is pretty mid. There is nothing changing that in the time it took to reschedule this fight, so Raposo for the split decision upset incoming.
