This should be a really fun fight between two guys who move forward and can mix it up. I picked Alex to beat Charles Johnson and was adamant that his skills are criminally underrated. It was easy to look at his losing skid and write him off, but strength of schedule matters. Alex and Su are very similar where if they can keep the fight standing, they can win the fight. I am going to pick Alex here as I think he is the better striker. He may not have the same volume and potentially the same speed, but he has more power and the better footwork which I think will be the difference here.

Alex Perez

Alex Perez is a very good striker with fantastic low kicks and solid wrestling. He averages more than 2 takedowns per fight and has a sold 75% takedown defense. He has fought a murderers row of the best 125lbers on the planet which is reflected in both his UFC record with 6 losses, but also his actual performances where he clearly has high level skills. He is coming off KO win over Charles Johnson at UFC 324.

Sumudaerji

Sumudaerji is a fast striker with laser accuracy and solid volume. He doesn't have much power but because he is so fast and his movement is so well timed he can get stoppages. He has a great in and out style and can out decision most people who aren't looking to take him down. He is coming off the grapple heavy win over Jesus Aguilar where he had 4 takedowns and doubled the strikes.
