At first I thought this would be a tougher fight to break down because even though Hailey hasn't had a ton of success, she is big, strong and athletic which many times is enough to squeak out in these divisions. But after doing the tape study and resisting Alice's UFC debut, I am actually pretty good picking Alice. Her striking is very good, she did a solid job staying on her feet and off the cage. Hailey has only fought once in 3 years and showed zero improvements. Hailey will need to come in chaotically and wrestle to throw Alice off and I don't think that will happen. I think she will try to manage range, but Alice is better at that game. Alice is the pick here and I thin she finally gets that UFC win.

Hailey Cowan

Haily Cowan is tall, long and athletic. She is not the most technical fighter at this point in her career but she is learning quickly. She has powerful striking, solid takedown defense and plenty of cardio. Her athleticism carries her through fights and makes up for her lack of technique. She is coming off the submission loss to Nora Cornolle after an extended layoff

Alice Pereira

Alice Pereira IS NOT Alex Pereira's sister. His actual sister is fighting on the Netflix MVP card. But I can understand how people got there because this Pereira is a nasty striker. She is long, lean and powerful as hell. She is only 20 years old but has been competing for some time now. She is primarily a striker with speed and power, but she can grapple as well. She has great hips and incredible ground and pound. She came into the division as a hyped prospect, but did lose some of flam ein a split decision loss to Monste Rendon at Noche UFC.
