Might be the easiest breakdown on this card. Rob is old and definitely has some life left in his career, but he can't defend takedowns for shit. Should be a Raul showcase. As long as Rosas doesn't try to prove something on the feet, he gets as many takedowns as he wants and wins this fight. But if he tries to straight box, Rob is still one of the better straight boxers in the division. I assume Rosas isn't a window licker, so he's the easy pick.
Rob Font
Rob Font is a gritty, tough and technical striker. He has a solid chin, but not a ton of power. He is primarily a boxer so he doesn't kick or wrestle often but he doesn't need to because his hands are clean and. He has fantastic volume at almost 6 significant strikes landed per minute and decent defense being hit by fewer than 4. He is coming off the decision loss to David Martinez where youth was his issue
Raul Rosas Jr.
Raul Rosas Jr is a non stop grappler who has showed glimpses of power. He has 15 takedowns in 6 fights with 31 minutes of control time. His striking definitely needs some work as he comes in a little reckless and can get put himself into harms way for no reason. But he is fast, athletic and sets an absolutely relentless pace. He's 21 and still improving every fight. He is coming off the straight forward win over Vince Morales
