I am going to pick Fan here. i think he is the far better striker, faster, more athletic and overall a better fighter. With that being sad, Kim is just old school tough and sometimes old man strength (even at 32 years old) is enough to drag someone to the ground and if Fan gets dragged to the ground, he will not be very comfortable. I need to remind you that these ARE NOT UFC FIGHTERS. These are Road to the UFC fighters who are fighting to earn a contract. This is essentially regional MMA, so even though I think Fan wins here, it's hard to be confident.

Dom Mar Fan

Dom Mar Fan is a kickboxer with a traditional kickboxing stance. He is light on his toes, bounces in and out of range and then enters the pocket to engage before leaving with leg kicks. He does a nice job alternating between boxing and kickboxing as well as leg and body shots up to the head. I would not classify him as a wrestler but he does have nice entries and clean takedowns. He is so comfortable on the feet that most don't expect the takedown coming.

Sangook Kim

Sangwook Kim is a physically solid guy who plants his feet, throws hands and then wrestles. He doesn't do anything very fast or clean, but he is a brute. Very physically strong and tough. His game plan is pretty obvious but he does have success executing on it because of his toughness and willingness to shoot and reshoot. Nothing he does is particularly noteworthy, but he has intangibles that have made him successful.
