Any time i see Tecia as a dog, i drool. She is fast, busy, durable, well rounded and has high fight IQ. All her loses are super close so the idea that the less technical and much slower Denise Gomes will come in here and put her away seems a bit out of touch. Tecia can absolutely win this fight, this 2-1 line on Denis seems absurd to me and I will hammer a 3.5 bet if not an outright moneyline. Tecia will be the pick. I fully recognize she's older and Denis is a problem, but I will take experience and volume in a lady fight.

Tecia Pennington

Tecia Pennington, formerly Tecia Torres, is good everywhere. She has very nice boxing and stays in peoples face. She is a good grappler with good wrestling and insane cardio. Her only loses since 2017 were decisions to the top women on the planet. She has nonstop energy and will never settle. She is coming off a very close win over Luana Pinheiro where she was aggressive but seemingly dropped in the first.

Denise Gomes

Denise Gomes is a striker who can grapple as well. She can be hittable but is incredibly tough and never out of a fight. She will continue to come forward, bite down and bomb away. It takes her a few minutes to get going, but once she is dialed in, she picks up the pace and has no problem taking one to give one. She works in kicks well and can be dangerous on the ground. She is coming off the KO win over Elise Reed where she didn't like te pressure but landed big and changed the tides.
